Grace United Methodist is ministry and mission-oriented. We believe in giving our dollars to good causes but we also love getting into the community and serving on a more personal level.

Bible Study

We have an adult Bible study each Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. We share fellowship, prayer and praise request, and a robust discussion of God’s Word.

Our choir rehearses each Sunday prior to the service. If you’d like to add your voice to ours in making a joyful noise unto the Lord, please let Pastor Rick know.

Latino Hearts Ministry

Conceived and led by one of our members, Pedro Rocha, Latino Hearts provides food and clothing, with doses of faith and prayer, to the local migrant and homeless population.

Native Group

Grace UMC enjoys a robust Native Christ-centered ministry which includes visits from the Sacred Thunder Drum (music group). This ministry focuses on cultural programs such as storytelling, indigenous instruments, dances, prayers and more.

Plant City Food Bank

We volunteer at the Plant City Food Bank one day per month. We do whatever the food bank needs us to help with as well as making regular donations of food.

Second Sunday Potluck

We enjoy fellowship after our 10:00 am service with a potluck. This is usually the second Sunday of the month. We welcome the community and you are welcome to join us in food and fellowship even if you forget to bring a dish! We always have more than enough to share with new friends.
